Jax Speed Shop, a renowned classic car restoration and maintenance shop based in Jacksonville, FL, specializes in American domestic vehicles from 1932-1979. They offer a range of services, from minor repairs to full-scale restorations. The primary goal of this project was to develop an engaging and informative website that showcases the shop’s services, completed projects, and available merchandise, while also facilitating easy contact and consultation requests from clients.
The client faced several issues, including a lack of online presence, which made it challenging to showcase their expertise and attract potential clients. Enhancing client engagement was another concern, as they needed a platform that would make it easier for customers to request consultations and services.
Additionally, effectively displaying their completed projects and services was crucial to building credibility and attracting car enthusiasts. The shop also needed a section to sell merchandise, which was previously not well-integrated into their business model.
Ensuring design consistency was a significant challenge, as the website needed to be both modern and intuitive while aligning with the classic theme of the cars. Creating a seamless and engaging user experience that encourages visitors to explore the site and request services was essential. Another challenge was building the site to allow for easy updates and customization by the client in the future. Finally, the website needed to be fast and responsive, providing a smooth browsing experience across all devices.
To address these issues, we utilized Figma to craft a modern, visually appealing design that resonates with classic car enthusiasts. The design was intuitive and user-friendly, making navigation easy and enjoyable. We built the website using Elementor, a powerful page builder for WordPress, to ensure efficient updates and customization. This choice allowed us to create a highly functional and flexible website.
To showcase Jax Speed Shop’s expertise, we developed sections highlighting their services, completed projects, and client testimonials. High-quality images and detailed project descriptions were used to demonstrate their proficiency. We integrated contact forms and consultation request features to make it easy for clients to get in touch, and included a blog section to share news and updates about classic car restoration.
An online store for merchandise was added, enabling Jax Speed Shop to expand their business and reach a broader audience. We also optimized the website for speed and performance, providing a smooth experience on both desktop and mobile devices.
